Seasoned technology and operations executive joins ESW to strengthen client delivery, operational scalability, AI-enabled solutions, and repeatable growth

NEW YORK, Sept. 16, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- eSoftware Associates (ESW), a Microsoft-focused technology and consulting firm, today announced the appointment of Eric Sylvia as Vice President of Technical Client Delivery & Operations.

Sylvia brings more than 30 years of experience in technology delivery, program management, business process engineering, cloud solutions, operations, and organizational transformation. In his new role, he will lead initiatives designed to strengthen ESW's client delivery organization while helping the company scale its technical capabilities, operating processes, and growing portfolio of Microsoft and AI-enabled solutions.

Sylvia's responsibilities span client delivery, project and portfolio performance, resource planning, technical governance, delivery accountability, process improvement, project profitability, and client satisfaction. He will also work across ESW's leadership, engineering, training, account management, and operations teams to strengthen the connection between how engagements are sold, planned, designed, built, tested, accepted, and supported.

A significant focus will be helping ESW expand its capabilities around Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, AI readiness, automation, and custom business solutions, while developing repeatable delivery and governance patterns that improve predictability without creating unnecessary process overhead.

Sylvia joins ESW following leadership roles spanning technology innovation, cloud transformation, Salesforce, AWS, Microsoft platforms, contact center modernization, and applied artificial intelligence. His recent work has included the development of AI-assisted operational platforms using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), enterprise knowledge management, secure information ingestion, and source-grounded generative AI.

At ESW, Sylvia will also help identify opportunities to convert successful client solutions and intellectual property into reusable offerings, managed services, and recurring revenue opportunities.
