Until now, Atlantix Partners (now Acclarity) had been structured as a network of companies, each continuing to operate under its legacy corporate brand: CFO Alliance (Florida), CFO Strategic Partners (Florida), Kaiser Consulting (Ohio), Stage 1 Financial (Texas), Grandin Solutions (Ohio), and JC Jones (New York and Georgia).
With the restructuring and rebrand, Acclarity will come together as a single, nationwide entity of more than 300 employees and contractors, focused on delivering accounting services to large and emerging-growth companies. Instead of being organized as separate entities, Acclarity will operate as one organization, effectively leveraging the expertise of its entire team across the nation.
Acclarity offers a comprehensive suite of strategic accounting advisory services for the Office of the CFO of growing businesses. These services include general and operational accounting, financial planning and audit, governance, risk and compliance, transactional transformation, IT and business intelligence solutions, and outsourced accounting and interim management solutions.

Damasceno was appointed CEO of Acclarity in early 2025. His leadership team includes CFO Thomas (T.J.) Wilcop and CHRO Sofia Wade. The executive leaders will work together to lead the Acclarity organization through its evolution into a single entity, driving forward a shared vision for success.
Acclarity also has appointed a team of experienced industry leaders, who will focus on serving clients and guiding the company’s growth:
- Lisa Fox brings 30 years of experience as an expert in solving strategic finance and accounting issues through advisory and operational leadership roles. She has worked across a variety of industries, including private equity, manufacturing, transportation, retail, and waste management.
- Tracey Holecek is a dynamic CPA with business, accounting, auditing, and finance expertise. She is a respected leader with a proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders on strategic initiatives, motivate professionals to peak performance, and drive clients to success with well-rounded solutions.
- Michele Himes is a CPA with more than 25 years of experience in audit and accounting, Michele has consulted with organizations on best practices related to internal controls, benchmarking, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement.
- Susan Crisci has more than 25 years of experience in finance and operations. She has proven success in revenue growth, driving profitability, operational excellence, enterprise processes, risk management, team building/leadership, financial strategies, buy side and sell side transactions, capital raises, and business turnarounds.
